Claims Control:

Our service team is simply the best. We decided we would no longer be limited to the services of a particular insurance company or even our in house staff. We decided to out source, in order to create an elite team.

For Workers’ Compensation claims management, we use Workers’ Compensation Claim Control. Stu Baron, attorney at law, president of the company, becomes “The Claims Department” for our clients. For loss control, we provide the services of Burton Loss Control Services. For human resource issues, the experts at Silver & Freedman will be available to help with these critical issues. They wrote “The EPL Book, A Practical Guide to Employment Practices and Insurance”. 

Recently, a client had a large fidelity claim of an unusual nature. We retained the services of a C.P.A. and an attorney specializing in this field. The purpose was to make the best possible presentation for our client. These experts and more become part of your risk management team!
